The PADI Open Waters course is an internationally recognized certification. It enables you to go down to 18 meters deep with a certified partner. And it lasts a lifetime, it doesn’t expire. Although it is always recommended to take a Refresh if a long time has passed since your last dive.
The course consists of a theoretical part, a confined water part and an open water part.
In confined waters (pool), all the scenarios that can occur during a dive are practiced and we learn how to solve them.
The open water part consists of 4 ocean dives that are mandatory by standard to finish the course.
The theoretical part is the responsibility of the student. It is done digitally, through the PADI application or page, also during the practical part everything most important about the theory is discussed.

Day 1: – Pool classes, review of theory with your instructor and first 2 dives in Cozumel reefs.
Day 2: Final review of theory with your instructor, last 2 dives in Cozumel reefs and theoretical exam.
