AWA Scuba | Terms and Conditions

Welcome to AWA Scuba Tours, the ultimate scuba diving experience in the Riviera Maya. Before booking one of our tours, please read the following terms and conditions that apply to your booking. By making a booking with us, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

Bookings Bookings can be made through our website, by phone or email. Once we have confirmed availability and received payment, your booking will be considered confirmed.
Payment A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full payment must be made before the start of the tour. We accept credit cards and PayPal for online payments, and cash and bank transfers for in-person payments.
Cancellations and Changes We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending your tour. The following are our cancellation and changes policies:

Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice will receive a full deposit refund.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, but more than 24 hours, will receive a 50% deposit refund.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded.
If you need to change the date or time of your booking, please let us know with at least 48 hours’ notice. Changes are subject to availability.

Safety At AWA Scuba Tours, the safety of our customers is our number one priority. All divers must have the appropriate diving certification and submit a medical declaration form prior to participating in one of our tours.
Liability Although we take measures to ensure the safety of our customers, AWA Scuba Tours is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or property loss during our tours.
Force Majeure In case of unforeseen events such as dangerous weather conditions or mechanical issues with our equipment, we may need to cancel or postpone a tour. In such cases, we will do our best to offer a suitable alternative date for your tour.
Privacy Policy At AWA Scuba Tours, we take your privacy seriously. All data we collect about you is used only to ensure that your booking and tour are as smooth as possible.
