Do not take a flight in the next 18 hrs after diving

Cancellation Policies

In case the weather conditions do not allow to carry out the activity, we can reschedule or refund 100% of your payment.
Your booking has a free cancellation policy up to 48 hours before your activity.
If you cancel between 48 hrs and 24 hrs you will be charged a 50% last minute cancellation fee.
If you cancel less than 24 hrs before your activity or you don’t show up on the day, you will be charged 100% of the booking.

Was visiting Mexico and had 3 awesome dives with this company and 2 amazing dive coaches who were Highly skilled and professional. Just had the absolute best experience diving in playa del carmen and cozumel with AWA - felt supported and informed throughout the whole process with Bai and Mauricio - I completed my advanced course and a friend did his open water certificate. After 6 amazing dives, our group felt safe and supported and had loads of fun, explored loads of amazing areas and have some great videos of our dives! 100% recommend AWA if you’re looking for a great reputable company to dive with :)
